Running your own business requires you to be flexible, doing what you need when you need to. All suite members have 24/7 hour access to the building and suite to run their business on their own schedule.
Every suite is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system. You’ll have an HD video screen that allows you to see who is at the door, the ability to chat with guests before they enter the building, and temporarily unlock the building, all from the safety of your suite.
Too hot or too cold? How about just right? Each suite has its own VRF HVAC unit, which means you have control of the temperature of your suite at all times. No more guest complaints because your building is too cheap to run the heat or air at a comfortable temperature or only for specific hours.
Your business = your brand. Our suites are fully customizable to fit your brand’s look and feel. From paint color to cabinet fixtures, chandeliers to wall decals, your space reflects your business. Don’t worry, we do all the work for you!

With 36 suites throughout the building, we have the suitable space, size, and location for your salon or spa. We have both single-chair salon suites as well as two-chair suites available. This allows you to start small and grow or tag team your business with your bestie!
