We are extremely flexible with our leasing options. We allow you to select either a 1-year lease or 2-year lease. We want to provide the option that works best for your business.
Brand New Building
My Salon Suite - South Hills was built in 2022. Our modern, professionally designed space stands out compared to older suite spaces in the Pittsburgh area. From the beautiful handpainted wall art to the custom-selected styles, you'll see the difference!
Free Smart Start Package
We will help you get all of your licenses, inspections, software, & taxes completed. You will also get to select your paint color, and we will purchase and paint your space for you. Need a little help? We have handyman support services the entire time you rent from us.
Advanced Security
Every suite is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system. You’ll have an HD video screen that allows you to see who is at the door, the ability to chat with guests before they enter the building, and temporarily unlock the building, all from the safety of your suite.
Laundry included
Laundry is never fun, especially when you have to pay for it! On-site laundry is included with our memberships. This allows you to always have clean supplies when you need them, without having to take them home!

The harsh chemicals from acrylic manicures and pedicures are toxic to breathe and provide a poor guest experience. Each of our nail suites has professional ventilation systems to ensure those fumes are removed from the air, leaving your suite safe to breathe and smelling fresh.
New Member App With Weekly education
Every member gets access to our weekly continuing education sessions available in our new member app. Our weekly sessions will help you grow your business and knowledge! Your app also allows you to customize your corporate My Salon Suites page with booking links, photos, & reviews.
