My Salon Suite – South Hills is proud to be Pittsburgh, PA’s newest salon suites, checking the box on every need and want in a studio suite. Our extra large spaces are perfect for all types of beauty businesses, including hair salons, nail salons, spas, massage therapists, barbers, tattoo artists, permanent makeup, headspas and more!

Our salon suites are fully compliant with all state laws and regulations governing beauty and personal care businesses. Each suite meets required licensing and health standards, ensuring a safe, professional space for both clients and suite owners.

The first step in becoming a member at My Salon Suite – South Hills is scheduling a free tour. You’ll get a private walk through of the entire building, have all of you questions answered, and get the change to check out all of the available spaces.

The next step is selecting the space that is right for your business. We have multiple types of spaces including single, double, hair salon, nail salon, and more. You’ll then select the move in date that works for you.

Simple Paperwork

Let’s get down to business! You’ll now fill out our simple, straightforward paperwork. Don’t worry! We’ll be by your side to help answer any questions.

Smart Start Package

This is where the magic happens! Our customizable Smart Start Package helps you get your business started or moved to My Salon Suite. We will help you get all of your licenses, inspections, software, & taxes completed. You will also get to select your paint color, and we will purchase and paint your space for you. Need a little design help? We have a handyman to help you get the job done. 

While other companies say they support you, we’re right there with you, every step of the way.

Opening Day

This is the big day! Now that all of your hard work and dedication is ready to start reaping the benefits. You business is officially open and ready to accept clients! 

Running your business and building your clients is much easier said than done. We are here to help with anything you need including weekly education, marketing guidance, & more! We can’t wait to see you succeed!

Selecting The Right Salon Suite Location

Questions To Ask When Selecting A Salon Suite

  • When were the suites built/last updated?
  • Does the HVAC turn on/off at a specific time?
  • Does each suite have its own HVAC and thermostat?
  • How long are the leases?
  • Is the parking free?
  • Are the owners local?
  • Is there front entrance security camera access from my suite or is it just a phone call?
  • What are the sizes of your suites?
  • What all do you help with? Business licenses, state board, taxes, QuickBooks, booking software setup, & insurance?
  • What is included in your “marketing” help out than a link on your website?
  • How customizable are your suites, and how much do you charge for setup?
  • Do you offer assistance in designing my new salon suite?
  • What is not included in the lease? Like laundry or insurance.
  • Is there a security deposit?
  • What is the lighting like in the suites?

My Salon Suite South Hills is truly the best in Pittsburgh! Lauren and Josh truly make it a breeze to open your own business. They help you every step of the way from decorating your suites to setting up your LLC. They made the process of becoming a business owner, not a nightmare. The building itself is GORGEOUS. The suites themselves are the perfect size for any service you are trying to perform, every suite has access to it's own heating and cooling, furniture is provided by the landlords, they have an in-house interior decorator if you so choose to use them, they paint the suite for you, and every suite is equipped with sinks and cabinets. Bonus points if you're a nail technician who works with acrylic because they have suites specifically for acrylic with the proper ventilation (a lot of renting businesses do not have such ventilation). VERY reasonably prices considering other renting businesses. My Salon Suites South Hills is a STEAL for the cost considering the prime location in Pittsburgh, almost immediately off of 376. If you are ready to take the leap of faith and be your own boss, trust in Lauren and Josh at My Salon Suites South Hills to start your journey!!!
